Vittal N (Non-Executive Chairman)
Vittal belongs to the 1960 Batch of Indian Administrative Services. He was in Public Administration and Industrial Management for 42 years. During his tenures as Secretary in the Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India, Chairman for the Telecom Commission and as the Secretary to the Department of Telecommunication, Vittal initiated the creation of Software Technology Parks. He also worked towards the policy liberalization for Telecom Sector that allowed increased employment opportunities. In 1997, Business Today Magazine placed him amongst top 50 persons who have contributed to the economic development of the Country. Dataquest honored him as ‘IT Man of the Year’ in 1993 and with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ in 2004. He is an honorary Fellow of the Computer Society of India, the Institute of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineers and the Institution of the Industrial Engineers of India. |

Srinivasa Prasad A
(Executive Director)
Srinivasa Prasad is an Engineering graduate with over of 26 years of experience in Telecom Industry. He is part of Aster's core team and specializes in Project Management and Evaluation of Techno-commercial aspect of the Projects. He is instrumental in Aster reaching out to newer Global markets by enlarging Aster’s Product and Services Portfolio. He has been the key strategist in Aster’s diversification into various non-telecom businesses, with an aim of reducing Aster’s over reliance on the Telecom business. As a good HR strategist, he has been successful in sourcing, grooming and retaining personnel with the Company. Srinivasa Prasad is a man of detail and has designed and implemented various management tools in core business functions. |

Sheshadri Raman (Executive Director)
Sheshadri has successfully led multicultural Project Teams for Aster’s global customers such as Telefonica, Lucent and Sprint in Central America, North America and Australia. He has vast experience in international and domestic telecom business and specializes in spotting, recruiting and retaining the brightest work force. |

S S Sastry
(Executive Director)
S.S. Sastry is a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with over 27 years of experience in Finance and Accounts across multiple sectors. He is part of Aster's core team and has a long association exceeding a decade with the company. Sastry has managed borrowings and investment for the company, apart from implementing process controls in Accounts. Sastry, as a Director Finance is responsible for overall performance of company’s Finance and Accounts function and will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing project controls across the organization. |

Stephen W Clemons (Non-Executive Director)
Stephen has been an accomplished Executive Leader with AT&T and Nortel for over 30 years, where he had an opportunity to work with the leading multi-national organizations in the North American and Asia Pacific markets. Before joining Aster, he was on the Strategic Advisory Committee of Sasken. His experience, leadership skills and knowledge have brought in value added services in general and benefits of operating in low cost scenarios for our international customers in particular. |

Srinivas Chidambaram is the Managing Director of Jacob Ballas Capital India Pvt. Ltd. Indira Parikh (Non-Executive Director)
Prof. Parikh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, a Master’s in Education from the University of Rochester, USA and a Doctoral degree from the University of Gujarat. She has designed and conducted various Management Development Programs in the areas of Transformation of Organizations, Women in Management and Leadership roles, Consulting Strategies, General Management, Roles and Authority of Women Managers and Management Education program. She has authored several papers and books. She was a Faculty Member and Professor in Organizational Behavior at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) for over 30 years and worked as Dean of IIMA during the period of 2002-2005. She has been a visiting Associate Professor of the College of Business Administration, Texas University College, USA and a research scholar at the European Institute of Business Administration in France. She has also served as Executive Director and Dean - Research and Training at the Indian Society for Individual and Social Development, Ahmedabad. |
